Twïn Birthdæ Čeremony (Reprise)

A spontaneous 35th Birthdæ Ceremony for Scott and Amanda at Leadbetter Beach in Santa Barbara.

Parking:  A good place to park would be the Leadbetter West Parking Lot to the right of the entrance to Shoreline Beach Cafe (801 Shoreline Dr., Santa Barbara 93109).   If you park near this address, our group will be located somewhere on the beach towards the right facing the ocean.   

Possible schedule for this event, though subject to adjustment:

Total event: 4pm to sunset

4pm: Guests arrive and settle in.  Light snacks and optional sacraments will be provided.

5pm: Authentic relating games themed around presence, imagination, and future dream visualization facilitated by my twin Scott.  Followed by an interactive womb ritual inspired by elements of Kećak (Monkey Chant) and facilitated by dear friend Eric Oberthaler

6:15pm: A 12 minute live improvised binaural sound performance by Amanda Gregory;  symbolic of the 12 minutes that passed between Scott and Amanda's birth.  

6:30pm- 7:30pm: an ecstatic DANCE PARTÆ at the edge of the sea.

7:30-8pm:  Transition back to the nest at the address below.

What to bring:

A towel and/or cushion to sit upon

A water bottle

A cup for birthdæ beverages

After the beach, we'll be having having a chill afterparty at our place with pīzza, drinks, a firepit, and a hottub.
